Some time ago, in one of your segments, you talked about the notion that Israelis, in not small numbers, were considering leaving Israel for "someplace else". When I read that, I asked myself, although I did not comment on it here, the following question. Where will they go, that they will find it satisfactory for them and their children ?

At the time it was before October 7, so the response of many would have been far different from what it would be today. At the time, the highest level response was garnered by various places in Western Europe. After what we have seen in the last eighteen months, and considering the continued high rates of immigration to Europe from Africa and the Middle east, the Europe that they thought existed has been decimated, becoming unwelcoming to Jews.

The next possible island is the United States, which has, in the recent past, seen a great number of regrettable incidents. If we add to that the very high rate of assimilation by American Jews, I wonder how many honest thinking Israelis would still consider that an option.

The question is obviously complex as are the answers, but I don't see many truly introspective Israelis finding a solution to the problem outside of Israel.
