I’m proud that my son, a paratrooper reservist, is one among these fine young men. From faraway in America, this article comforts me.

What can I say....the spirit of these soldiers and the forgiving words of their parents, the sense among Kol Yisroel that we all must go forward in unity...this is touching to me, makes me cry. I appreciate these posts, Rabbi.

Thank you for your meaningful interview with Moment today.

I have a granddaughter who did her service as a lone soldier and was called back as a reservist on October 10 to intelligence where she’d been loaned from the Air Force. I have tried to be supportive through phone and daily texts, but understand that I can’t truly be “with” her because I’m not in Israel.

Thank you again for your interview this morning. I too am a SubStack writer ✍️. My column is Reflections at 85.

This article illustrates why Zionism is very important. I hope more jews heed the warnings around the world and start making Aliyah. In my opinion its only right to live in kind community in unification. In time when Israel grows through the unifications from Aliyah, when Israel is truly complete, I know the king, the lion of Judah will do righteously what Israel expects and in doing so will complete the prophesy to be light of the nations to the gentiles. until such time, Israel must not be distracted in the emotions of the day to day grind. Blow the horn of yeshiva Israel and Trust in the creator.
