For me, an indelible image of this invasion is that of the hostage being taken away bleeding from behind. Everyone knows what that’s about. Shame on the so-called United Nations.
Yesterday I watched the video from the UN and listened to the testimonies of the three Israeli eyewitnesses, who recounted their experiences in detail: the police Chief Superintendent-herself a mother, the architect who now volunteers in identifying and burying what remains of the female victims and lastly, the Zaka volunteer, who frequently broke down while giving his testimony.
I have just read that some young hostages were confined in cages or locked rooms, terrorised and provided with starvation rations.
Young Maya Sheim's haunted expression has stayed with me since I first saw the pictures of her release, so much so, that I wonder how much humiliation and violation have been meted out to these poor souls.
Recent reports confirm that some survivors have committed suicide, while others are patients in psychiatric wards, yet still so much of the west's commentariat witters on about freedom fighters, Israel's oppression and casts doubt on the veracity of these terrible stories.
Here in the UK, the malignant stupidity has made an appearance in London's public transport network:
And UN Women posted no means no in 39 languages excluding Hebrew. https://x.com/UN_Women/status/1199607553233215488?s=20
Thank you so much for all your work. Love and support to you and all of Israel.
These reports are horrific. Unbearable.

It’s unbearable.
Danny, will the NY events be recorded?
I have avoided watching the releases footage. It is unbearable enough to read about, never mind listen to, the testimonials.
But, unfortunately, necessary.
Israel is not safe for Jews. Please come to USA and other western countries where you will be safe.
how do you know any of us will be safe anywhere?
