What is Substack?
Israel from the Inside podcasts and columns are hosted on Substack. When you subscribe to Israel from the Inside, an account is created for you under the email address you used to subscribe.
How do I sign into my Substack account?
You can manage your Israel from the Inside subscription directly at this link here:

If you can’t sign into your account, you may have subscribed to Israel from the Inside with a misspelled email address. You may get in touch with the Substack Support team here. They can help you with any login issues.
If you’re having trouble with that, or don’t remember your password:
An easy way to log in to your Substack account is my clicking on “Email sign in link”. This will allow you to sign in through a link that will be sent to your email and you won’t need to use a password.
How do I receive Israel from the Inside columns and podcasts?
When you subscribe as a free or paid reader/listener, you will automatically receive a “Welcome email”.
If you didn’t receive a “welcome email”, you can send yourself a test email to see whether there is a delivery issue.
On your Manage subscription page, click on “If you’re having email delivery issues”. On the next page, select “Send test email to [your email will appear automatically here].

If you don’t receive the test email, it may be in your Promotions or Spam folders or your email provider may have blocked emails from us. Get in touch with the Substack Support team here if you think your email has been blocked.
I used to receive emails from Israel from the Inside but they’ve stopped– what happened?
Sometimes a newsletter may appear in your email’s Promotions or Spam folders and we recommend checking both places.
If the email is in the Promotions folder, drag the email back to the Primary Inbox folder.
If the email is in Spam, please mark this address as “not spam” and add our email address to your contact list. All columns and podcasts will be sent from danielgordis@substack.com
If you’ve checked in both places, it’s possible that a previous email was marked as Spam and your email provider blocked us from sending further emails. Get in touch with the Substack Support team here if you believe your email has been blocked.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To unsubscribe to Israel from the Inside, click the icon with the three bars on the right side of the page:
Your email that you used to set up the subscription should be displayed at the top. Click on ‘Settings’.
Click on the Subscription that you’d like to unsubscribe from.
At the bottom where it says ‘Account actions’, select “To cancel your paid subscription, click here.”
This will take you to the page where you can either cancel or pause your subscription.
