I used a similar picture for years while teaching 7th graders in synagogue-related supplementary schools (in the U.S.) as an intro to an on-going discussion about Jewish Identity and as an intro to the fact that the majority of Jews in Israel are non-Ashkenazi... at the time, I used a picture of R. Ovadiah Yosef z'l, and can send you the original of the document if needed. at the picture "hooked" the kids and we had some great discussions to unpack the oft-heard phrase "You don't look Jews..." and the inherent anti-semitism"
